No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. AI answers change from one ask to the next. In BrightLocal's 2026 study of 200,000 local AI searches, repeat runs of the same question shared only 20–33% of the businesses they named. What we can do is improve the things those answers are built from, which are the lists, listings, pages and press they cite, and then measure how often you're named over many runs, so you see the trend instead of one lucky screenshot.

Because the AI usually isn't reading your reviews directly. It searches the web and summarizes what it finds, so it leans on whatever pages it pulls up. Those are often “best of” directories, local award pages, Yelp, the Google Business Profile, and clinics' own city pages. In our own spot check, two Tucson med spas with perfect 5.0 ratings and more than 260 reviews each were left out, while two with fewer reviews were named. One had a dedicated “med spa in Tucson” page, and the other leads with a local readers' choice award.

That can be a login, your web person, or a copy-paste handoff. You approve anything that goes out under your name.

Never. Every page, listing edit, pitch and review request is sent to you for a yes or no first.

No. We don't write, buy or incentivize reviews, and we follow each platform's rules on asking for them. Some “best of” directories sell paid placement. If one matters for your city, we'll tell you what it costs and that it's paid, and you decide.

Some fixes, like listing corrections and new pages, can be picked up within weeks. Others, like earning a spot on a ranked list or winning a local award, take months. That's why the audit includes a 30-day re-test, and why the monthly plan reports trends over time.

We keep every claim factual and avoid promising results. Your medical director or compliance contact should still review anything clinical before it's published. We're not lawyers, and nothing we send is legal advice.
